@hunterwalk one thing i DO believe though is that bigcos care about the market imperatives for a case for privacy — i.e. if people are voting with their feet/dollars/account deletions, perhaps that will convince building different kinds of products over time but it's a huge shift — PolitiTweet.org

@hunterwalk it seems like we're trying to get to that point where we do, yeah? (though again, notwithstanding tech lobbying to the contrary for years) i think people dont know what they want but they dont like where we are. so regulatory framework seems to be coming, at least in some form. — PolitiTweet.org
