I’m no lawyer & I don’t play one on TV, but why have none of these defense attys tried to take this to SCOTUS? These are American citizens being denied their constitutional rights. At least this Judge acknowledge this isn’t the way it is supposed to work, but no release. — PolitiTweet.org
