@angelsavant Another interesting fact is that Irish slaves in the colonies were worth only about 1/10 what Black slaves were worth. And up through the Civil War, the most dangerous work was given to Irish workers, not to Black slaves (too valuable). Irish were essentially disposable. — PolitiTweet.org
