Here's my answer: I don't know for sure. I know he WAS a Dr. Frankenstein. That could be enough to explain his Covid-19 actions. But these decisions have been so obviously bad, the reasoning about the vax so obviously flimsy, it raises strong suspicion it was all on PURPOSE. — PolitiTweet.org
