My wife & I are in the Thousand Islands region betw/ Ontario and New York. Two casual observations 1) I had *no idea* how contested is the origin of "Thousand Islands" dressing. Was it a folk creation by local farmers/fishers? Or was it invented by chefs in the castles? Yikes. — PolitiTweet.org
