One other thought on this: it is worth asking what sort of intel coverage the US has that is providing this kind of tactical info to the Ukrainians. Here is my guess. In his book @War, @shaneharris describes how the US essentially accessed the entire Iraqi comms grid. — PolitiTweet.org
