@soledadobrien I do think if the point were ever tested, the courts are likely to reject the propriety of a self-pardon. There are interesting textual arguments that the self-pardon is precluded by the word "grant" in the Constitution. And it's CLEARLY not what was intended. — PolitiTweet.org
