I doubt Section 230 is relevant here at all. The plaintiff is targeting Twitter's own speech, not that of users. But also, Twitter never said anything about the plaintiff, who *outs himself* in the complaint. Twitter only ever referred to materials as "hacked" in passive voice. — PolitiTweet.org
