This is amazing. Ground pork is a staple in Chinese cooking. Since it's harder to find in US supermarkets than ground beef or even ground chicken, I end up using those a lot (esp. chicken, since it's healthier & more sustainable). But the flavor and texture just aren't the same. — PolitiTweet.org
