@MaggioMatt My point is that almost all cities that aren't in the Sunbelt lost population at a time when NYC's grew 18 percent between 1990-2018. The out-immigration of middle-class families with children has been a NYC constant since the late 1940s. But they are replaced by 25-year-olds. — PolitiTweet.org
