@johnastoehr Always thought (and this isn't in "What It Takes") that part of the over-reaction to the plagiarism in 1987 was that Biden was seen as the creature of his handlers, particularly the controversial Pat Caddell. Worth remembering that plagiarism also hardly made a peep in 2008. — PolitiTweet.org
