@DavidYepsen Worth mentioning that there is no long-standing relationship between NH and NV as there is with NH and IA. While Gardner remains inscrutable, he also hung onto his job by a thread in the legislature. My guess -- there is every incentive to either move up NH or force NV to change. — PolitiTweet.org
