Is there a recent historical example that backs up @SpeakerPelosi theory that proceeding w/ reconciliation makes Rs MORE likely to negotiate in good faith rather than LESS likely? I'm no Dr Joyce Brothers, but I can't figure out a psychological or political basis for that theory — PolitiTweet.org
