@davidfolkenflik It wasn't "challenged" on the right -- it was disputed by all 3 SCOTUS justices involved. Being told something untrue that is refuted by each involved party happens -- but it's why you should be extremely leery of reports from people unwilling to put their name behind claims. — PolitiTweet.org
