The shadow-banning is bad enough, but the reply-banning is far worse. I have nearly 600,000 followers and it is not unusual for me to have a tweet with only 1 or 2 replies. By comparison, in 2016, my tweets got 1000's of replies. Same on Periscope. They have shut chat down. — PolitiTweet.org
