To vote absentee, you must jump through hoops, verifying eligibility to vote. With vote-by-mail, they simply send a ballot to every registered voter, no ID check, no nothing. It literally BEGS for fraud. If someone is afraid to vote in-person, they can request an absentee. — PolitiTweet.org
