Houston ICU'S are at 97% of capacity. Sounds scary until you understand they always run at 95% of 'baseline' capacity. That means in an outbreak, other facilities in the hospitals can quickly become ICU's. Texas hospitals are nowhere near "over-run." Just more lies. — PolitiTweet.org
