Our problem is that we are being re-active to pandemics rather than pro-active. To slow wildfires, we cut firebreaks in forests. For pandemics, we have no firebreaks. "Pandemic Centers," as I've described, could provide the fire break we need to "flatten the curve" painlessly. — PolitiTweet.org
