My concern is not one of state's rights as the Constitution is clear on this. My concern is the states are exerting authority without consulting the people - and THE PEOPLE also have rights according to the 10th Amendment. Governors enforcing draconian lockdowns by EO is WRONG. — PolitiTweet.org
