Driving in Miami today I definitely noticed an increase in midday traffic. 95 was back up to maybe 1/2 normal volume. More people walking around. I saw people at a park paddle-boarding and relaxing without caravans of police warning them away. Not sure if this is meaningful. — PolitiTweet.org
