From what I am reading on Iowa, Mayor Pete surged well beyond his polling numbers as Biden failed to reach the viability threshold in districts and those who initially went Biden switched to Pete. So Pete really owes his "win" to Biden's weakness and being a second choice. — PolitiTweet.org
