We already have these laws in 17 states. Trump cannot make those go away. I agree though, no new federal laws. But many of these state laws are unfairly implemented. He can make them better, fairer, better funded. Guys its halftime on this. Be patient. — PolitiTweet.org

Correct, no federal law. This is states rights. Many state laws are poorly funded and unfairly implemented. Since Trump cannot end these (he's not a king), I believe he will seek to enhance their due process and fairness. We'll see. Tough calls like this are why I voted Trump. — PolitiTweet.org
