People don't seem to get it. Whether or not the President is exonerated is UP TO BARR, NOT MUELLER. Mueller makes his recommendations, Barr makes the final call, which he must explain to Congress if he overturns an indictment recommendation. THAT is how it works folks. — PolitiTweet.org
