Here's another piece I'd like to see written from somebody who has studied the data. If all House seats were drawn by independent commission or other non-partisan means, how many out of 435 could be made reasonably competitive? 175? 225? 250? More seems unlikely. @rudnicknoah — PolitiTweet.org
