There are solutions to this problem. Toronto only pays school trustees $25k per year. Either the board serves a useful purpose or it doesn’t. My suspicion is the vast majority of parents wouldn’t miss the TDSB if it were gone.District school boards, as a concept, may be obsolete. — PolitiTweet.org
