@jeffersonmorley @wbaidlaw Jeff, I presumed you were referring to reporters as "collaborators". If so, not prosecuting them is irrelevant to espionage allegations. If referring to China or Russia, that's open question but I know of no real proof. He was charged under #EspionageAct & that was proper. — PolitiTweet.org
