UPDATE4/: She indicated she is willing to pay diff between her winning bid & whatever Hakes resold item for, i.e., they argued it was Hake's responsibility to try & resell item first. That's just not how any auction house process works. Judge said he would rule w/i five days. — PolitiTweet.org
