Great piece by @steve_vladeck (no surprise). Why would Trump declassify anything he brought to MAL? "he did it — if he did it — because he was lazy." I would have said "selfish protective self-interest" for emphasis. It was attempted defense that his lawyers ostensibly rejected — PolitiTweet.org
