This is 100% true, and I have emphasized this point often when discussing #EspionageAct (written in 1917 & last amended 70+ years ago). But, to be fair, I don't know of any modern prosecutions under Act where info in question wasn't classified. I welcome any known cases. — PolitiTweet.org
