I've been impressed that this case went all the way to a jury trial. That's a lot of time & effort lawyers put in. Regardless of this favorable outcome to NYT, hopefully lessons were learned to avoid this type of problem in the future. It should never have happened. #RuleOfLaw — PolitiTweet.org
