Unfortunately I predicted this from outset. I agree w/many of the criticisms by these distinguished plaintiffs of prepub review system, which I routinely handle for clients, but litigation was not way to go. Only Legislative or Executive Branch action will remedy these problems. — PolitiTweet.org
