@DBvelin @DavidLaufmanLaw I honestly don't know the answer, but I would think a pardon could not be rescinded, in the way double jeopardy attaches upon an acquittal. But perhaps in scenario where pardon was illegally obtained (bribe) it could be nullified. — PolitiTweet.org
