I honestly question proper invocation of 25th Amendment as legal matter. I don't view current scenario was historical purpose of Amendment. At minimum, I don't see how an adverse finding through proper mental evaluation would not be necessary to determine unfitness. #PandorasBox — PolitiTweet.org
