@zachsdorfman It wasn't found to be legal. USGOVT didn't reach sufficient legal burden to justify civil injunction. Criminality was never tested. As I said, 4/9 Justices thought criminal prosecution was appropriate. "Proper" is a judgment call. I have no issue with that. — PolitiTweet.org
