@Truth1790 That case is outlier. The world conceivably could have ended. Nor was info believed available beyond the magazine when injunction granted. Then it was discovered it was available, injunction lifted. Every case is fact specific. In this case, I can't fathom govt winning TRO — PolitiTweet.org
