@SDNavySealfan @questauthority It depends. The issues would still be fully briefed at a later date as part of a permanent injunction. For example, I got a TRO against DoD in Dec 2003 stopping military's anthrax vaccinations. Converted it to permanent injunction in Oct 2004. — PolitiTweet.org
