@Whey_standard Ultimately, after 6 years of litigation, I would say I was able to have 90% of Stillman's book on China's nuclear weapons program deemed unclassified. Publishers have been down this road before. When Obama Admin asserted No Easy Day, which recounted Seal Team 6 killing of bin Laden, was classified, publisher increased print run & sped up publication date. Yet Obama Admin never sought TRO/PI to stop book. They did sue author. — PolitiTweet.org
