@Whey_standard Ultimately, after 6 years of litigation, I would say I was able to have 90% of Stillman's book on China's nuclear weapons program deemed unclassified. Although more than enough to be publishable, it never was. Shame, Stillman was one of our country's key experts on the topic. — PolitiTweet.org
