To my knowledge, Govt has only once gotten an injunction to prevent publication. In 1979, in US v. Progressive, govt initially blocked article detailing how to build hydrogen bomb. In granting injunction, Judge basically said 1st Amendment is of no use if everyone is dead. — PolitiTweet.org
