USGOVT can seize #Bolton's advance & any royalties. This civil lawsuit didn't name publisher. Interestingly, in most recent analogous lawsuit against #Snowden, Govt did sue publisher in order to grab funds. Likely difference is bc Snowden is in Russia while Bolton is in US. — PolitiTweet.org
