@GChernack @EricColumbus GAO concluded the law was broken. Is there a criminal offense that some individual could actually be prosecuted for as a result, I don't honestly know. But in my view violating the law is equivalent to committing a crime, at least for purposes of constitutional impeachment. — PolitiTweet.org
