Not saying this will work or is a good idea, but pretty striking to see Twitter implicitly acknowledge that social platforms change human behavior and have a responsibility to correct for social harms. Huge gap with Facebook/YouTube, which still cling to “neutral vessel” defense. — PolitiTweet.org
