@Cernovich It was not proposed because O’Keefe refused to speak to the Board. It’s probably still on the table (that’s certainly what the Board statement implies between the lines) but if he doesn’t speak with the board, they’re going to have to sue him (which is also clear from statement). — PolitiTweet.org
