@CaseyMattox_ I get Lee’s concerns & would’ve liked more explicit strengthening — but the bill is improved as-is & those concerns already exist under Obergefell (& even prior some respects). I think SCOTUS needs to decisively uphold those rights…which can/should be separate from legal SSM. — PolitiTweet.org
