When Dems demand a federal law "codifying" the existing legal regime on abortion (Roe/Casey), that would *actually* mean generally available abortion early in pregnancy, w/ heavy restrictions permitted post-viability (~20 wks). Would they even allow a vote on that? I doubt it... — PolitiTweet.org
