Again, this would likely be tested in lawsuits. Requiring disclosure of sexual/gender identity issues to parents after something is shared with a teacher/counselor in confidence would be harmful. The state should not do this, even w/ abuse exception/caveat (high bar) in place… — PolitiTweet.org
