Coffee was making me feel more agitated than focused so decided to cut back. First, I cut to 1 cup. MT, half-calf. WTh, increased decaf to caf ratio. Today, all decaf. Next week, switch to Roastarama. Was irritable and sleepy at first but now feeling clearer and more even keel. — PolitiTweet.org
