@Stevenwoolery I agree. The CIA was skeptical from the start. I think the State Dept was, too, but felt a need to protect and at least respect their diplomats' earnest belief they were sick. The leaks to NBC weren't from CIA as an institution but individuals who saw the Russia/Trump opportunity — PolitiTweet.org
