@Paulmd199 Acting as if abstentions are meaningless non-events is too dumb and propagandistic to engage, except I'll note the US has been lobbying these countries heavily not to abstain, so the US evidently think it's quite meaningful, and the debates in those countries also make clear. — PolitiTweet.org
