@JonShiffman @ErikWemple For sure the OSC was done without NYT present. But it still contains an order directing NYT not to use, publish or even *solicit* these docs. I'm not sure if there's a prior order in this case the judge thinks NYT may have violated - finding out now - but it's very unusual. — PolitiTweet.org
